We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos or video showing the issue.
For other return requests, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original condition with the included accessories. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is reviewed. Original shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable except where required by law.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
